Getting Started
InvestiTrack is an AI-powered investment analysis platform that delivers daily stock and cryptocurrency recommendations. We combine fundamental analysis, technical indicators, machine learning, and real-time sentiment data to generate actionable insights across three risk-based tiers.
Every day, our algorithm analyzes approximately 1,500 stocks and major cryptocurrencies using over 20 technical indicators, fundamental metrics like Piotroski F-Score and Altman Z-Score, and a 4-model machine learning ensemble. Each asset receives a Composite Score, and the top-scoring assets are surfaced as recommendations for each risk tier.
Yes. Our free tier includes daily Growth tier recommendations, basic portfolio tracking for up to 10 assets, and full access to our public track record. Paid tiers unlock all three recommendation tiers, expanded portfolio limits, long-term conviction picks, real-time alerts, and priority support.
We currently cover US-listed stocks and major cryptocurrencies. Our stock universe spans approximately 1,500 companies across all market capitalizations — from large-cap blue chips to small-cap growth stocks. For crypto, we cover Bitcoin, Ethereum, and 25+ altcoins. Global market expansion to Africa and South America is underway.
InvestiTrack is built for individual investors who want data-driven insights to complement their own research. Whether you're a beginner looking for a starting point or an experienced trader seeking quantitative confirmation, our tiered system caters to different risk appetites and investment styles.
Recommendations & Analysis
Each recommendation is produced by our proprietary multi-factor scoring engine. It evaluates fundamental health, technical momentum, value metrics, and machine learning predictions. These factors are weighted using our proprietary methodology and combined into a Composite Score that determines the final recommendation.
Each tier targets a different risk profile. Conservative focuses on established large-cap stocks with strict financial health requirements. Growth covers mid-cap stocks with balanced scoring criteria. Aggressive targets smaller, high-growth companies with higher potential upside. Each tier applies different scoring thresholds calibrated to its risk level.
The Composite Score is a proprietary 0–100 rating that aggregates multiple analytical dimensions for a given stock — including fundamental health, technical momentum, value assessment, and AI predictions. A higher score indicates stronger alignment across our analysis framework. The exact weighting formula is part of our proprietary methodology.
Available to Premium and Enterprise subscribers, Conviction Picks are weekly recommendations based on deep fundamental analysis. Unlike daily picks that focus on short-term momentum, these are intended for longer holding periods and are rated High, Medium, or Low conviction.
Stock recommendations refresh multiple times daily on weekdays. Cryptocurrency recommendations update regularly around the clock, including weekends, reflecting the 24/7 nature of crypto markets.
Our engine combines several categories of analysis: fundamental analysis (financial health and bankruptcy risk metrics), technical analysis (momentum and trend indicators), value analysis (cash flow and growth-adjusted valuation), and machine learning predictions. The specific indicators and how they're combined are part of our proprietary system.
AI & Machine Learning
Yes. We employ a proprietary multi-model machine learning ensemble that combines several advanced techniques — including deep learning and gradient-boosted models — to predict short-term price direction. Our system also incorporates natural language processing for financial news sentiment and market regime detection to adapt to changing conditions.
Our ensemble uses dynamic model weighting, automatically favoring whichever models are performing best in current market conditions. When market conditions shift or model accuracy drops, an automatic retraining cycle is triggered using the latest data — ensuring our predictions stay current.
ML Confidence reflects how strongly our AI models agree on a predicted direction. Recommendations must exceed proprietary confidence thresholds to receive a directional signal. If thresholds aren't met, the ML component defaults to neutral — ensuring we only apply AI signals when the models have genuine conviction.
Portfolio Management
Navigate to the Portfolio page from your dashboard and click "Add Holding." Enter the stock or crypto symbol, the quantity you hold, and your average purchase price. Your holdings are automatically tracked with live price updates and unrealized gain/loss calculations.
Yes. Your portfolio supports both US stocks and cryptocurrencies in a unified view. Each holding displays current price, total value, cost basis, and unrealized gain/loss. You can sort and filter by asset type, return, or date added.
Unrealized gains and losses are calculated as the difference between the current market price and your recorded average cost basis, multiplied by quantity held. Portfolio return reflects total unrealized gain/loss as a percentage of your total cost basis.
Yes. You can set alerts for when a stock or crypto crosses above or below a specific price. Alerts are delivered via email and push notifications depending on your subscription tier. Recurring alerts are supported so you can be notified each time a threshold is crossed.
Sell Signals & Exit Guidance
Sell Signals are automatic notifications that tell you when it might be time to sell a holding in your portfolio. When you add a stock or crypto from our recommendations, we track its target price, stop loss, and holding period. If any of these thresholds are hit, a signal appears directly on your portfolio with a recommended action.
There are four types: Take Profit (the price hit the target we predicted — consider locking in gains), Cut Loss (the price dropped to the stop loss level — consider protecting your capital), Review Position (the recommended holding period has expired — time to reassess), and Trailing Stop (the price has dropped significantly from its peak — consider selling before gains disappear).
Only holdings added from our daily recommendations are monitored for sell signals. When you click "Add to Portfolio" on a recommendation, the target price, stop loss, and time horizon are automatically saved with your holding. Stocks or crypto you add manually (by typing in a symbol) are not monitored because they don't have recommendation targets attached.
No. Conviction Picks are designed as long-term, buy-and-hold positions. They don't carry short-term price targets or holding periods, so sell signals don't apply to them. The thesis behind a conviction pick is based on long-term fundamentals — you should hold as long as the investment thesis remains intact and revisit periodically on your own terms.
Our system checks your portfolio holdings against their targets every 5 minutes. When a condition is met, a signal appears on your portfolio immediately and you receive an email notification.
The Monitoring badge with a countdown means the holding was added from a recommendation and is being actively tracked. The countdown shows how much time remains in the recommended holding period. No action is needed while it says Monitoring — it means the system is watching for you.
Yes. If you disagree with a signal or want to keep holding, click "Dismiss" on the signal badge. Dismissed signals won't reappear for 24 hours. You can also click "I Sold" if you've already acted on it. The decision is always yours — signals are guidance, not instructions.
FIRE Calculator
The FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) Calculator helps you plan your path to financial freedom. It projects when your investment portfolio will be large enough to cover your living expenses indefinitely, based on your savings rate, expected returns, and planned withdrawal rate.
Your FIRE Number is calculated as your annual expenses divided by your safe withdrawal rate. For example, if you plan to spend $4,000/month ($48,000/year) in retirement and use a 4% withdrawal rate, your FIRE Number is $48,000 / 0.04 = $1,200,000. This is the portfolio value needed to sustain your lifestyle indefinitely.
Years to FIRE is determined by running a month-by-month compound growth simulation. Starting from your current savings, it adds your monthly contribution each month and applies your expected annual return rate, compounding monthly. The simulation runs until your balance reaches your FIRE Number, then converts the total months to years.
The Success Probability comes from a Monte Carlo simulation — 1,000 randomized scenarios where market returns vary each year (using your expected return as the average with ~15% standard deviation, reflecting real market volatility). It measures what percentage of those simulations result in your money lasting at least 30 years post-retirement.
Yes, every input is fully customizable. You can adjust your current age, retirement age, current savings, monthly contribution, planned monthly expenses in retirement, expected annual return, inflation rate, and safe withdrawal rate. All summary cards and projections recalculate instantly as you change any value.
The calculator loads with reasonable starter values for a 30-year-old: $50,000 in current savings, $2,000/month contributions, $4,000/month planned retirement expenses, 7% annual return, 3% inflation, and a 4% safe withdrawal rate. These are not personalized to your portfolio — adjust them to match your actual situation for accurate projections.
The Safe Withdrawal Rate (SWR) is the percentage of your portfolio you can withdraw each year without running out of money. The 4% default comes from the "Trinity Study," which found that a 4% initial withdrawal rate (adjusted for inflation) had a high success rate over 30-year retirement periods historically. You can adjust this based on your risk tolerance — lower rates are more conservative.
Income & Dividends
The Income tracker helps you monitor all dividend and interest income from your portfolio. It provides a 12-month summary, monthly breakdown heatmap, per-symbol income totals, and upcoming projected dividend payments. You can also set an annual income goal and track your progress toward it.
Yes. You can add dividend, interest, or distribution entries manually by providing the symbol, amount, payment date, and type. This is useful for income from brokers that InvestiTrack does not automatically track, or for historical entries you want to back-fill.
Projected annual income combines your confirmed income over the last 12 months with any future projected dividend payments that have been scheduled. The portfolio yield is calculated as your trailing 12-month income divided by your current total portfolio value.
Portfolio Import & Export
Yes. On the Portfolio page, click the upload button to import holdings from a CSV file. The CSV should include columns for symbol, asset type (STOCK/CRYPTO), quantity, and average cost. The importer supports skip, update, or merge strategies for handling duplicate symbols.
Yes. Click the download button on the Portfolio page to export all your holdings as a CSV file. The export includes symbol, asset type, quantity, average cost, current price, and total value for each position. This is useful for backup, reporting, or importing into other tools.
Track Record & Performance
Win rate measures the percentage of our recommendations that achieved a positive return within 5 trading days. We evaluate every recommendation — not a cherry-picked selection — and report the results publicly on our Track Record page. Results are also broken down by recommendation strength (e.g., Strong Buy vs. Buy).
Alpha measures how much our recommendations outperform (or underperform) a benchmark. For stocks, we benchmark against the S&P 500 (SPY); for crypto, against Bitcoin (BTC). Positive alpha means our picks beat the market. This gives you a clearer picture than raw returns alone.
Visit our public Track Record page. It shows 90-day rolling performance including win rates, average returns, alpha vs. benchmarks, risk-adjusted metrics (Sharpe and Sortino ratios), and individual recent picks with their outcomes. No account required — full transparency.
Completely. Every recommendation is timestamped and evaluated after 5 trading days against actual market data. We publish win rates, average returns, alpha, and risk metrics publicly. We don't hide losses or cherry-pick results — if a pick underperforms, it's reflected in our numbers.
Subscriptions & Billing
We offer four tiers: Free (Growth tier picks, 10 portfolio assets), Basic (all 3 tiers, 50 assets, email alerts), Premium (unlimited assets, conviction picks, push alerts, on-demand analysis), and Enterprise (API access, SMS alerts, 1-hour support response). Both monthly and annual billing are available.
Yes. Cancel from your Settings page at any time. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
We accept payments through Paystack, supporting credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and USSD. Payments can be made in NGN (Nigerian Naira) or USD.
When you upgrade, you get immediate access to all features of the new tier and your portfolio limits increase instantly. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose access mid-cycle.
